Finally!! :faints: I finish this damn picture! It took so long and two nearly all-nighters to complete

Okay, I guess I should explain myself. I told Feri I would enter her contest and well I was lost for ideas at the time and one night I was sitting in my bed and this one came to me Why not have Mer-Danny steal The Box Ghost's hat and try to 'spook' the real Danny? So I sketched it up last weekend and spent most of last week and this weekend colouring it in.

I know it's not the best but this my FIRST time ever drawing Danny or The Box Ghost for that matter Also my first time colouring in a style other than cel style or airbrush blending. But as you can see I added some effects with the airbrush This wasn't an easy image to colour (mostly because I messed up the layers ). The glow was especially difficult because I outlined them by hand with the airbrush tool, erased the extra and lowered the opacity a little. >.> Oh well, the ocean is a bit plain so I through in some watermarks....

Ha! Watermarks in water *is shot by DA watchers* I know, bad pun!! >D

The sky is flat colours with airbrush lazily thrown on there Same with the sun, I was lazy with those so please ignore!! The font used is called Manga Temple, and yea.... I was too lazy to use the circle tool on the speech bubbles thus they are askew

I also cheated a bit and used the straight line tool to do a lot of the erasing and lining (especially for the hands). I think it got a bit of a blocky effect which I was sort of aiming for >.< I'm not one who likes to totally match the style of a certain thing... more like get close enough that people are like "damn..." Anyhoo, I still think it was a steller try for someone who has never drawn Danny Phantom in her life (exception of vast amounts of scribbles on her math and spanish books )

The cleverly placed watermarks can only be seen at full-view BUT they are present in the image :sweat:
